Chaos and darkness heard,

And took their flight;

Sheds not its glorious ray,

Bearing the lamp of grace,

Blessèd and holy Three,

Glorious Trinity,

Wisdom, love, might;

Boundless as ocean's tide

Rolling in fullest pride,
